faulty air conditioning irregular replenishment
The air conditioning did not work well (I swear, I was melting). The staff attempted to fix it, but the room remained uncomfortably warm. I found that the provided toiletries were not replenished regularly. I had to ask for more shampoo and soap multiple times, a bit inconvenient. Clearly, some attention to detail is needed.

charming stay, very well located.
spacious room powerful water pleasant rooftop
I appreciated the upgrade to a spacious room that had a balcony. the bathroom was huge, and the water pressure was powerful! the rooftop bar was pleasant. The drinks were well-made.
The noise outside was terrible, it made sleeping difficult one night. It was quite disturbing. i was also advised not to walk into town at night because of safety concerns.

The breakfasts had everything you could want in a european breakfast. There was a wide variety of choices available. the restaurant space was very nice and inviting. it made for a great start to each day

staff provided parking for the car upon arrival, really appreciated. i found the staff were business-like and efficient. they always responded quickly to any questions that i had, we appreciated it.

The location is very central. It makes getting around the city very easy. the hotel is close to the main train station. it allowed easy access to other parts of the city and region, really handy

lovely stay near the station
convenient location friendly staff beautiful lobby
I loved the location. It was very close to the train station. this made it easy to get around. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the lobby was beautifully decorated too it had a very cute vibe.

wonderful location train station excellent coffee overwhelmed staff phone calls inconvenience requests
The location was wonderful. It was very close to the train station, made arrivals easy. Breakfast included excellent coffee and various options.
The staff seemed overwhelmed by phone calls, a distraction. The lady at reception barely spoke to us when we arrived. I felt our requests were an inconvenience to the ladies at reception.

musty odor limited minibar
the staff was helpful during check in
i found the room quite disappointing there was a noticeable musty odor i couldn't ignore i think the ventilation system needs improvement additionally the minibar was not adequately stocked there were only a few beverage options and no snacks at all this felt subpar for what i expected

intricate details wood furnishings friendly staff noisy room first floor lobby proximity
the historic hotel had intricate details in each room i found its charming character appealing. spacious accommodations featured all-wood furnishings adding to its unique appeal. the hotel's friendly staff provided excellent service .
the first floor room was near the stairs for the lobby. because of proximity to the lobby and restaurant it was not quiet. i would have preferred a quieter location within the hotel.
